Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence with market demands
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, data scientists, and UX designers to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, DARPA, and global innovation hubs to accelerate R&D cycles
- Translate complex technological paradigms into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Design governance frameworks for emerging technologies (AI consciousness, neural data ownership, quantum encryption)
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and venture capital for future-tech initiatives
- Author industry-defining white papers on 2026 technology trends and ethical implications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism with 12+ years in tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful exits or IPOs)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published author in Nature, Science, or Futures journal with >50 citations
- Experience advising Fortune 100 CTOs on 5-10 year technology strategy
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Professional certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Q) or Neural Interface Design (Neuralink)
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable solutions for complex technological dilemmas
