- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption (quantum, neuromorphic computing)
- Lead interdisciplinary R&D initiatives bridging AI, IoT, and biotechnology
- Produce actionable trend reports for C-suite executives and venture partners
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems deployment
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof technology integration
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- 5+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Published research on emerging tech adoption patterns
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial applications
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
