Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future tech disruptions
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Mentor junior engineers on future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends (demonstrated via publications/patents)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech publications (IEEE, TechCrunch, etc.)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
