Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Technology Horizon' reports analyzing emerging tech trends and their market impacts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum/AI convergence
- Advocate for ethical AI frameworks and responsible tech deployment across product lifecycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future-vision keynotes at global tech summits and industry conferences
- Design corporate skunkworks initiatives for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing technical architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or VC-backed scale-ups
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating future visions into executable business strategies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin, Tel Aviv)
