Responsibilities
- Define the long-term AI strategy and architectural vision for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and deploying scalable AI infrastructure.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (GenAI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) relevant to 2026.
- Oversee the integration of predictive models into core business units to drive decision-making.
- Establish best practices for data governance and AI ethics to ensure compliance.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related engineering field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technical projects on time.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for executive stakeholders.
