Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in critical infrastructure

- Establish real-time monitoring systems for AI system behavior in production environments

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience

- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling ethics programs from prototype to enterprise level
- Strong background in applied ethics for high-stakes domains (healthcare/finance)
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- Certification in Responsible AI Design from recognized institutions
