Responsibilities
- Monitor Data Integrity: Perform rigorous quality control checks on incoming datasets to ensure 100% accuracy for the upcoming business week.
- Client Support Operations: Provide timely technical assistance and resolution to client inquiries during weekend operational hours.
- Generate Reports: Create detailed weekly performance reports and visualizations to assist management in strategic decision-making.
- Database Management: Update and maintain internal CRM and database systems to reflect the most current client information.
- Process Optimization: Identify workflow bottlenecks in weekend operations and propose efficient solutions to improve team productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or Data Science is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
