Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity and system performance issues.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of support tickets within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the onsite team during peak hours to ensure seamless IT operations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or IT operations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Experience with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
