Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI product vision and strategy for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Conduct deep market research to identify emerging trends in Generative AI and Machine Learning.
- Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features that drive user growth and retention.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive the integration of ethical AI practices and compliance standards into all product lifecycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology Strategy, or AI/ML Engineering.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches in the tech industry.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and predictive modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
- Experience in managing P&L responsibility and budget allocation.
