Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy roadmap leading up to 2026, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning models, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance standards for AI deployment, ensuring responsible innovation.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for AI integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading AI strategy and architectural initiatives in large-scale environments.
- Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models) and prompt engineering.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline is highly preferred.
