Qualifications

- No prior customer service experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (25+ WPM).
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Reliable internet connection (if remote/hybrid role) or willingness to commute.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
