Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, resolution time)
- Collaborate with team members for complex escalations
- Adhere to compliance protocols (HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Reliable internet connection (for remote options)
- Flexible availability (including weekends/holidays)
- Pass background/drug screening
