Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience
- Process transactions and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain deep product knowledge across service lines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows OS and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
