Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and troubleshoot technical issues using CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services and policies
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B or tech environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital settings
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional on-site meetings)
