Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat within 30 seconds
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document all interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 95% CSAT score, <2.5 AHT, <5% FCR
- Collaborate with support teams on complex escalations
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Participate in daily team huddles and monthly training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in Zendesk/Intercom CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Reliable internet connection (min 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Flexible availability (including evenings/weekends as needed)
