- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, clear, and consistent information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate management team promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Adhere to all company policies, compliance standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict performance metrics under pressure.
- Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient with computer systems and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
