Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our CRM systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scripts to ensure consistency.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple windows and software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
