Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account details, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate support.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes and metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required (we train you!).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple windows and software applications.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory for this position.
