Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our platform with ease.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and provide valuable product feedback.
- Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges while strictly adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process enhancements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure during high-volume periods.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
