Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on empathy and problem resolution.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and returns processing.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are required for remote hybrid options.
