Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define the comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 Initiative, aligning technical goals with broader business objectives.
- Roadmap Development: Create and manage a detailed product and technology roadmap, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the next 3 years.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget management and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership roles.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and Blockchain.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
