Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends and converting them into actionable product features.
- Oversee Research and Development (R&D) initiatives in high-potential fields such as AI, Machine Learning, and Edge Computing.
- Define and enforce architectural standards that ensure scalability, security, and innovation for future products.
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable engineering solutions.
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions or partnerships that align with our 2026 vision.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Masterās degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, product strategy, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading innovation in high-growth tech environments.
- Deep technical knowledge of current technologies (Cloud, Microservices) and emerging tech (AI, Web3, Quantum).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and cross-functional collaboration.
