Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a 5-year technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with global trends in AI and automation for the year 2026.
- System Architecture: Lead the design of scalable, high-performance computing infrastructure capable of handling next-generation neural networks.
- AI Ethics & Compliance: Establish robust governance frameworks to ensure AI deployment is ethical, transparent, and compliant with emerging regulations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into consumer products.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead pilot programs for quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role directing AI strategy.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning paradigms, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
