Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing).
- Oversee the architecture and security of our cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and strategists.
- Identify and assess potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities in the tech space.
- Present complex technical strategies to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry standards to mitigate risk.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and their business applications.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing large budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
