Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining brand standards
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (handle time, quality scores)

Qualifications
