Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
- Resolve complex customer issues and troubleshoot technical or billing problems efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and resolutions in our CRM systems.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell products and services to meet or exceed KPI targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company policies, product features, and service updates.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to optimize call processes and improve overall team performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if hybrid/remote) or willingness to work onsite in Columbus, OH.
