Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a focus on speed, accuracy, and a positive tone.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions for our software and services.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the senior support team or technical department efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features based on customer feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
