Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Craft and communicate a long-term strategic roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with global technological trends and ethical standards.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the research and development of cutting-edge AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product teams, and external partners to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Acquisition: Build and mentor a world-class team of data scientists, engineers, and policy experts.
- Investment Analysis: Evaluate emerging tech startups and research publications to identify high-potential investment opportunities.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI initiatives adhere to the highest standards of privacy, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with a proven track record of driving innovation.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Neural Networks, and the current state of Generative AI.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically 5-10 years into the future and anticipate industry shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and the public.
- Creativity: A passion for pushing boundaries and a desire to solve humanity's most complex problems through technology.
