Responsibilities

- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation velocity and market impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members

- Anticipate regulatory shifts and geopolitical factors affecting long-term innovation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, corporate development, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategic foresight
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, CIPD)
