Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision for AI integration across all business units.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying automation opportunities and implementing scalable workflows.
- Conduct deep-dive market research on emerging technologies, specifically focusing on generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Partner with HR and Operations to redesign organizational structures for optimal agility and efficiency.
- Present quarterly roadmaps to the C-suite, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or technology consulting with a focus on digital transformation.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and their practical applications in the enterprise environment.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) in Business, Computer Science, or Organizational Psychology preferred.
