Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified technical candidates using various platforms and databases during weekend shifts.
- Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements and role needs.
- Updating candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and efficiently.
- Representing Apex Talent Solutions at local networking events and job fairs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend hours.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) is highly preferred.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in recruitment.
