As a Weekend Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify skill gaps and execute our recruitment plan for the weekend workforce. This role offers the perfect blend of professional growth and work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and technical interviews for weekend roles.
- Manage and update job postings on various ATS platforms and social media channels.
- Source passive candidates using advanced search techniques and Boolean logic.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to refine job descriptions and employer branding.
- Provide exceptional feedback to candidates and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment or HR.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, IT Support).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but recommended).
