Responsibilities
- Screen incoming resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
- Post and optimize job descriptions on major job boards and internal ATS platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using Boolean search and social networking.
- Update candidate data and track progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand hiring needs and strategy.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (candidates with no experience but high aptitude will be considered).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Knowledge of the Virginia or Omaha job markets is a plus.
