Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for weekend shifts, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates in software engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure roles
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical phone screenings and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidate competency and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring teams across Pacific Time zones
- Optimize recruitment workflows using Greenhouse and Lever ATS systems for weekend-specific hiring cycles
- Analyze weekend recruitment metrics to continuously improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire ratios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven success in placing software engineers, data scientists, or DevOps professionals
- Expert knowledge of technical interview processes, whiteboard assessments, and coding challenge evaluation
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and Boolean search techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates during non-traditional hours
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (JavaScript, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, etc.) and competitive landscape
- Ability to thrive in autonomous weekend work environment with minimal supervision
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent professional experience
