- Lead high-level design reviews and technical decision-making for complex enterprise systems.
- Drive research and development into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and IoT.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML pipelines and Large Language Models in production environments.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
