As the architect of our 2026 Strategy, you will drive innovation across AI, quantum computing, and next-gen cloud architectures. You will work closely with C-suite executives and engineering teams to translate high-level visions into executable technical roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Roadmap, focusing on AI and future tech integration.
- Lead research and development initiatives to prototype breakthrough technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging technologies.
- Establish best practices for scalable, future-proof software development.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or technical strategy.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
