Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid solutions for climate modeling
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, IBM Research, and EU Green Deal initiatives
- Champion ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Present breakthrough concepts to Fortune 100 executives and UN sustainability forums
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Future Tech Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Sustainable Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science with 10+ peer-reviewed papers
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act, and UN SDGs alignment
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Proven ability to secure federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and venture capital
