- Oversee the research and pilot programs for next-gen computing architectures and quantum-ready solutions.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the global market.
- Establish governance frameworks for the responsible adoption of emerging tech.
- Represent the company at industry futurist conferences and technology summits.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and strategists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical initiatives from concept to launch.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, safety, and current regulatory landscapes.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and distributed systems.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
