Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology integration, identifying key trends that will define the market landscape by 2026.
- Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Research and prototype emerging tech stacks, including AI agents, Web3 protocols, and advanced neural interfaces, to assess viability for product integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive leadership and investors to secure funding and buy-in.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define technical requirements and ensure the successful execution of long-term projects.
- Vendor & Partnership Strategy: Identify and vet external technology partners and vendors, negotiating contracts that align with our futuristic goals.
- Innovation Labs: Lead an internal innovation lab to experiment with cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic consulting, with a proven track record of leading long-term strategic initiatives.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity principles.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think several years into the future and anticipate how regulatory changes and market shifts will impact technology adoption.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where the future is being written.
