Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or platforms
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets and stakeholder alignment
