Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for prototype development
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI tracking
- Build partnerships with Silicon Valley VCs and research institutions
- Publish industry whitepapers and represent company at Davos/TC Disrupt
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or product development at Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Proven track record launching tech products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience managing innovation labs or corporate venture arms
- Strong network within tech VC ecosystem and patent portfolio
- Certifications in strategic management (e.g., PMP, CSM) preferred
