Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain).
- Pilot and prototype cutting-edge solutions to validate their viability for enterprise implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding engineering, design, and productâto translate futuristic concepts into scalable products.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with new technologies and propose mitigation strategies.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling and digestible format.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software development.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives that have resulted in significant business growth.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills.
