- Identify and evaluate high-potential technology partnerships and acquisitions.
- Lead the internal 'Future of Work' committee to define how automation will impact our workforce.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in.
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies and scale successful innovations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ethical implications of new tech deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Product Management, or Technical Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Software Development lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast future trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
