Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Architect ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and AI decision-making
- Partner with VCs to identify and acquire breakthrough startups in future tech

Qualifications
