Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030) and develop strategic adoption frameworks
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, blockchain, and biotechnology solutions
- Design scalable innovation pipelines with measurable ROI projections
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business growth objectives
- Present future technology roadmaps to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor global R&D landscapes and competitive intelligence
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an innovation-first culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Strong financial modeling and strategic planning skills
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps from concept to market
