Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and patent trend forecasting
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation investment analysis
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
