Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to define strategic innovation opportunities through 2026
- Develop technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons, prioritizing initiatives based on ROI and market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-state architecture and implementation plans
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption and innovation impact
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to scout breakthrough technologies
- Deliver executive briefings on technology disruption risks and opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or sustainable tech)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend forecasting methodologies
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management
