You'll translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies while maintaining our commitment to ethical innovation and societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Develop and present technology adoption roadmaps to executive stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive innovations
- Design frameworks for ethical implementation of emerging technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-tech literacy and adoption
- Present annual technology forecasts to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into market advantages
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- Experience building startup partnerships or corporate innovation labs
