Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead market research on emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Architect proof-of-concept projects for next-gen innovations
- Partner with R&D teams to translate vision into scalable solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Build and maintain ecosystem of startup and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, etc.)
- Track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
