- Present technology strategies to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration

Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
